Works on the WP-120 type boiler No. 5
The task goal was to achieve full working order in accordance with the operation and maintenance manual.
The scope of work done in the year 2017:
- supplying and replacement of the upper and lower screen chambers stub-pipes,
- replacement of the furnace chamber walls' panels,
- replacement of endangered pipeline sections,
- diagnostic tests,
- modernisation of inlet and outlet boiler water gate valves,
- modernisation of coal dust ducts, exhaust ducts, coal dust burners,
- modernisation of the WP-120 type water boiler electrofilter. It is dry, horizontal, tri-pole, dual-section type filter,
- modernisation of the WP-120 type boiler oil burners together with fuel feeding fittings. We have done modification of both control and protection circuitry in order to provide efficient boiler startup.

Modernisation of coal mill drives (MKM-25 type) for the power unit No. 2
Supplying and replacement of four motors driving the 2MW1-4 coal mills for the power unit No. 2. Replacement of the motors goal was to decrease costs of cola mills' operation, reduction of failure rate, enhancement of servicing safety, and lowering of noise level in the power unit boiler room.

Repair of the K1 boiler (OP-380 type) coal mills
- disassembling the old mill sieves and assembling the 4 modernised ones.

The first three stages of work included the modernisation of the power units no 3 & 4 - work concluded in 2015 and work on unit no 1 - concluded in 2016.

The range of work included repair of the 1000mm diameter pipelines together with the flaps of the mill-cyclone-separator circuit, consisted of:
- exchange of the 016mm x 10mm - 53m long pipeline together with compensators,
- supplying and replacing of the ZTMA flap - 1 set, material: CREUSABRO 4800.
- assembling and disassembling of the scaffolding necessary for completion of mentioned tasks,
- assembling of thermal insulation.

2015. Work for EDF Poland SA Branch No. 1 Krakow:
Overhaul of the OP-430 No. 4 boiler.
The scope of work included, inter alia:
- replacement of second run screening,
- repair of condensate drain valves and steam discharge,
- repair of dust ducts,
- overhaul of air ducts,
- modernisation of steam air heaters,
- modernistion of coal mill blowers.
Work has been done for The "Grupa Obsługi Przemysłu BETA Sp. z o.o." company from Ostrołęka.
Overhaul of the OP-380 No. 1 and 2 boilers.
The aim of the task was to make the modernisation of selected auxiliary and pressure systems of the OP-380 type boilers. We have modernized dust burners, sludge chamber, dust ducts, condensate drain valves and some of the pressure pipelines. We have done the refurbishment of the boiler drum and the inspection of the combustion chamber anticorrosion coating. The service included associated tasks such as: dismantling of the insulation and construction, dismantling of scaffolding, testing of assembly welds. In addition to the work on boiler No. 2 we have made the exchange of the final steam superheater (task covered by a separate agreement).
Modernisation of the K3 and K4 steam boilers (OP-430 type) igniting burners.
Adaptation of the igniting burners of the steam boilers K3 and K4 for light Ekoterm type oil combustion through the exchange of burner lances, lances of the igniters and necessary modernization work of fittings, piping, insulation, power, and the systems controlling the operation of burners. Work has been done for The "Energetyka i Recycling Odpadów Sp. z o.o" company from Głowno.
Repair of the TG3 and TG4 (13UP110 type) turbine sets with auxiliary equipment.
Repair work conducted on behalf of the "Zakłady Remontowe Energetyki SA" from Katowice. The scope of repair work on turbine set TG3 and TG4 included, among other things: repair of lube oil coolers, oil coolers seals, hydrogen coolers, starting oil pumps, auxiliary and emergency oil pumps.
Internal inspections (approved by The Office Of Technical Inspection) of the high-pressure and low-pressure recuperating heat exchangers and heat exchangers working in the turbine set TG4 (13UP110 type) technological system we have performed directly on behalf of EDF Poland SA.
Modernisation of the No.1 turboset.
On behalf of EDF Poland SA we conducted the modernization of turbine set based on the 13UK125 type of turbine inter alia by the renovation of oil pumps, control system, turbine bearings, turning gears and heat exchangers constituting the No.1 turbine unit. In addition, work included the removal and installation of I & C equipment.

Repair of the TG6 turbine set for "CEZ Elektrownia Skawina S.A."
At the turn of 2014-2015 we have done a service to the facility of Skawina Power Plant to modernize heat exchangers, auxiliary equipment, valves and pumps within the task: "Modernization of turbine set WK-100-6M installed in Skawina Power Plant as TG-6". The value of the work on this task, covered by four separate contracts, amounted to almost 9.5 million. zł net.
2014.Work for EDF Poland SA Branch No. 1 Krakow:
Major overhaul of the 13UP110 no TG3 turbine set fittings and piping.
Modernization was to bring devices to full technical efficiency and reduce the failure rate of the block no 3. The aim was also to do inspection and repair of electrical installation and I&C of fittings to adapt it to the needs of new and refurbished drives.
Modernization of the the 13UP110 no TG3 turbine condensate filter.
Modernization was to eliminate the impurities present in the water-steam cycle, which, by deposition on the components, cause pollution of the boiler piping system.
Modernization of the gas circuit of the TG3 generator (producer: DOLMEL Wroclaw, hydrogen-cooled TGH-120 type).
Modernization was to eliminate the danger of explosion of gas circuit of the TG3 generator (type TGH-120) and bring it to full technical efficiency.
Overhaul of the OP-430 No. 3 boiler.
Renovation was to bring pressure part of the boiler and equipment to full workong order in accordance with the operation and maintenance manual.
The scope of the overhaul in 2014 included:
- supply and replacement of the third stage steam superheater,
- supply and replacement of the secondary stage steam bulkhead superheater,
- supply and replacement of the ceiling pipes,
- supply and replacement of the second stage injection chillers on the left and right side,
- modernization of the combustion chamber pipes.
Modernization of piping and cooling water channels for the units 3 and 4.
Modernization was to implement internal anticorrosion coating of decarbonised cooling water pipes DN 1400, DN 1600 and DN 2000 to protect them from undersediment corrosion, improve throughput and reduce the flow resistance of the cooling water. By limiting factor of scaling, it improved the efficiency of the pipeline (to maintain the nominal value of the flow of water).
Adapting peak-boot exchangers XR3 and XR4 to cooperate with the units 1 and 2.
Modernization was to improve the achievement of peak power for the heating system of the city of Krakow.
2013. Work for EDF Poland SA Branch No. 1 Krakow:
Capitalized overhaul of the unit no 2 heating installation, which is part of the technological line of the power unit BC90 powered by steam from the OP-380 steam boiler.
Modernization of drives involving the purchase and replacement of engines for coal mill fan on the power unit No. 2. The subject of this task was the renovation of the radial fan coal mill type 87 WPM / 2.3 for an air pumping in the coal mill - the boiler circuit to the power unit No. 2, which aimed at replacing four medium voltage motors.
Capitalized overhaul of the TG2 extraction-condensing type 13 UP 125 turbine set, which is part of the power unit BC90 powered by steam from the OP-380 steam boiler. The purpose of this task was to make the repair of pipelines and fittings installed on turbine set No. 2 to bring the devices to full technical efficiency.
Capitalized overhaul of the intermediate pipelines of then high-pressure part of the TG2 extraction-condensing type 13 UP 125 turbine set, which is part of the power unit BC90 powered by steam from the OP-380 steam boiler. The purpose of this task was to make the repair of the intermediate pipelines of the high-pressure part of the turbine connecting the WP control valves chambers with the high-pressure hull. Repair consisted of segmental exchange of the intermediate pipelines.

Intermediate overhaul of the TG-2 turbine set in Siersza Power Plant, which included:
- repair of water pumps and water systems in the engine room,
- repair of the typ 16CK145 (TG-2) turbine set,
- repair of valves of the TG-6 turbine set,
- removal and installation of the generator rotor of the TG-6 turbine set,
- repair of steam, water and oil circuits of the Unit 6,

Modernization of the steam boiler OP 380 No. 1 in EDF Poland SA Branch No. 1 Kraków.
The scope of work of this task included the modernization of:
- the evaporator - basic scope,
- the insulation and the boiler armor means,
- air ducts,
- dust ducts,
- drainage collector of superheaters,
- fittings of the condensate drain valve.

2012. Work for EDF "Kraków" S.A.
We continued modrenisation of generators' gas installation with the object of eliminating the danger of explosion. In the year 2012 we had done third phase of works on the generator no. 4.
We modernised the K1 OP-380 boiler. The range of works included extension of scaffolding in the furnace chamber necessary for replacement of screening pipes of the left, rear wall and hopper slant, and replacement of screening pipes' panels.
We did modernisation of an intermediate recycled steam superheater of the K2 OP-30 boiler.
We manufactured and installed prototype installation dosing detergent into heavy oil fuel for the K3 OP-430 boiler burner.
We overhauled the K4 OP-430 boiler. The range of works included assembling and disassembling of scaffolding in the boiler furnace chamber, evaporator pipes diagnostics, disassembling of brickwork corner of pulverized coal burners, overhaul of screening pipes' panels, overhaul of deflection screening pipes of pulverized coal burners, overhaul of pulverized coal burners, overhaul of pulverized coal ducts.
We modernised devices of the TG 4 turboset (13 U110 type of 107MW electrical power and 190 MW heating power).
We also modernised the WP-120 boiler no. 5. The range of works covered delivering and replacement of the horizontal wall screen of the front, rear and side hearth chamber and replacement of convectiv superheater platen pipes.
We prepared the unit no. 4 for technical inspection. We carried out inspection of the exchangers interior and pressure tests of exchangers marked: 4XW1(type PWU 550/460), 4 XW2 (type PWU 460/400), 4XW3 (type PWU 460/400), 4XN1(type PN-300), the 4ZZ supply water reservoir (type ZWL - 121), the 4SS vapour cooler (dia. 600, 13 m2), which make up, together with the 13UP110 no. 4 turboset, integral part of the BC100 unit technological line, powered by the OP-430 steam boiler.

In the year 2012 we took up new task consisting in rental of an boiler room equipment, which supplies the Shenker company buildings and the Złocień housing estate in Carcow. We continuosly supervise the service of boiler devices and we supply and sell heat energy.
We also continue to supervise servicing of heat exchengers, boiler rooms and air condition devices in Cracow and Malopolskie province for companies like: EDF "Kraków", Małopolski Urząd Wojewódzki (Małopolska Provincial Office in Krakow), Geofizyka Kraków, Tauron Sprzedaż, Tauron Dystrybucja and others.
