The overall objective of the MEGA-REM Quality And Occupational Health & Safety Policy is to achieve and maintain the leading position of the company among repair & service companies in the power industry by providing high quality and timely completion of the work, while maintaining a high standard of Occupational Health & Safety, and of social conditions of their employees, promoting a risk-based process approach.
In pursuit of the goals we set for ourselves the following:
The provision of services in accordance with the requirements of customers, applicable procedures and legal requirements.
Continuous improvement of the level of service with attention to its quality while maintaining the highest level of Occupational Health & Safety.
We achieve it by:
Maintenance and systematic improvement of the Quality And Occupational Health & Safety Management System in accordance with the requirements of the PN‑EN ISO 9001 and PN‑ISO 45001 standards.
Striving for continuous improvement of occupational health and safety by improving measures to prevent accidents at work, occupational diseases and potential accidents.
Development of competencies, skills and awareness and an active support of initiatives to improve the quality and occupational health & safety.
Systematic identification and analyzing of risks, and taking the necessary preventive measures.
Continuous minimization of risks associated with the hazards identified in the execution of work.
The systematic upgrading of technical equipment of our company.
Develop awareness of the importance of security and the creation of appropriate attitudes among suppliers, subcontractors and visitors to our company.
Board of PRU MEGA REM Sp. of o.o. agrees to provide the necessary resources for the effective functioning of the Integrated Quality and Occupational Health & Safety Management System.
Management requires from itself and from all employees of the company constant involvement in activities improving the quality of services in a manner that protects the health and taking the initiative in improving the Integrated Management System.
